Returns & Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy - you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Change of mind To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, your wheel must be:

  • unfitted - no tyre mounted, and not installed on a vehicle
  • undamaged and in its original packaging

Once a tyre has been fitted to a wheel, the sale is final and we can't accept a change-of-mind return.

For change-of-mind returns you cover the return shipping. We'll refund your original payment method once we receive and inspect the wheel.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items Please check your order when it arrives. If a wheel is faulty, damaged in transit, or isn't what you ordered, contact us straight away with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund, and we cover return shipping - these are your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and apply regardless of the change-of-mind rules above.

Orders that don't arrive If your order is delayed or tracking shows a problem, contact us and we'll follow it up with the courier and resolve it.

How to start a return Email contact@myautoshop.com.au or call 1300 746 349 with your order number, and we'll guide you through it. Approved returns are sent to: My Autoshop, 5/26 Expo Ct, Ashmore QLD 4214, Australia. Items sent back without first requesting a return can't be accepted.

Refunds Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take extra time to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at contact@myautoshop.com.au
